Today I have special guest, Ed Conarchy, who’s a video blogger for Mortgage Market Guide. Ed is not only a mortgage professional but a financial advisor as well, a great combo! Since he’s got a lot of knowledge, I thought I would ask him what general advice he would give people when they are looking to get a mortgage?

Listen to Ed’s answer in today’s episode:

Are you looking for affordable housing? Well here is one option. Check out how one that couple turned some shipping containers into their house. Not bad for $1,500. This is definitely considered a unique property. I am not sure there would be three comps in a mile radius. It would be weird if there was. Click here for the full story.

Are you guys looking at your mortgage holistically? Keep that in mind when you are looking for your specific mortgage based on your specific long term goals. Thanks again, Ed! Check Ed out on his website at EdConarchy.com.

I honor of Ed being a guest today, I am giving away free DVD’s about carrying a big long mortgage. Email me for the DVD and I will drop it in the mail. It is FREE but worth thousands!

Hey, if you get a chance, I would love it if you could help me in my mission to bring transparency to mortgage lending by sharing today’s episode on Facebook or Twitter. Let’s change the way people shop for a mortgage…forever!

See you tomorrow!

– Mike
